Personal Training

Before I start creating a personlized program, I will meet with each client to discuss their goals. The next step is a one hour assesment which includes measurements and some fitness tests. Based on the goals and the outcome of the evaluation, I will create a customized program.

My clients can expect that each workout is different, fun and challenging

Meal plan

Furthermore, I will provide each client a meal plan which will help them to achieve their goals even faster. The meal plan is broken down in 5 meals a day. It is very easy to follow. The plan is modular which makes it easy to easily switch meals.
